"I saw the article about the hotel, and am amazed/ I had no idea that there were people who died in this building, and so many stories happened there. I stayed there once many years ago (I believe it was called the Vista) I had not remembered that the Vista Hotel was part of the World Trade Center, although now, it makes sense, when I think about it. I suppose I never put two and two together!

Thank you so much for making us aware what really happened in that the hotel. I can't believe it took me 5 years to piece this together, and I a non-New Yorker was actually somewhat tied to this tragedy because I was actually in a building that was destroyed.

My father is firefighter Ruben David Correa from Engine Company 74 and he was one of the firefighters to not come out of the Mariott Hotel. I have wondered about the hotel and what it's condition was for five years now. Thank you so much for your pictures. They helped a lot.

"My friend from Belmont University, Beth Homan, was Guest Relations Manager there at the Marriott Financial Center. She was there that day. She eventually moved away from New York. She would never talk about her experience. Today I googled ""Marriott Financial Center+9/11"" and I found this. I am Jospeh Keller's cousin. He was one of the 2 employees that died on 9/11. I am happy to find this site. I know he will never be forgotten. To all of you who have signed tributes pages about Joe.... thanks. I love to read stories about how much he was loved. He was a great person. i would love to hear from anyone that has anything to share.

"I can't believe I finally found a place to find information on the Marriott hotel. I attended a wedding here a few years ago, and always wondered about the hotel. I remember the ballroom, and the lovely lobby. I still have pictures of the inside during the wedding.
